Grand Escape by Radwimps
Grand Escape is a RADWIMPS theme from the 2019 animated film Weathering With You. The official soundtrack lists Grand Escape (Movie edit) feat. Toko Miura among its vocal themes, with Yojiro Noda credited for the writing and composition and Miura as guest vocalist. The soundtrack was released on 19 July 2019. A later complete version, dated 27 November 2019, presents a full-length Grand Escape, so the movie edit and the longer version should not be assigned one duration as though they were the same release object. The indexed piano arrangement uses the film connection as its identity cue. Whether it follows the movie edit or the full-length version is not established by the available source description; the guest vocal credit and the distinction between the two releases remain separate from the keyboard setting.
