Is my MIDI file uploaded to a server?
Normal source inspection and conversion run locally in your browser. Only after a source-inspection, source-selection, or conversion failure, Zen Piano automatically attempts to upload the selected MIDI (up to 5 MiB) and limited diagnostic details to investigate the failure. These include a pseudonymous request identifier, language and page context, file type and size range, failure type and category, shortened error details, selected conversion settings, and capture time. Captures use private storage; access is limited to authorized Zen Analytics engineering/operations administrators and the service infrastructure needed for capture and cleanup. Captures become eligible for deletion after 30 days. Cleanup is scheduled daily, but missed runs, failures, or backlog may delay deletion. The 10-minute upload token only authorizes the upload; it does not set how long stored files are kept.
